IN OPERATION SINCE 2006

The Appraising Group has been in business since 2006 and over the years, word has gotten around of our experience, quality of work, and high level of service. We employ certified residential appraisers, appraiser trainees (apprentices), support and research staff as well as admin help. Most of the staff is original and enjoys working here. We only hire the most qualified of candidates and have very little turnover.

We are hiring, most specifically for certified residential and commercial appraisers. Due to word spreading and high demand for our services, we are always considering new appraisers. Sometimes we have openings for other talent and will consider the most qualified of any candidates. We may have an opening in your area.

It is said from our staff that they enjoy the team atmosphere, and that they can get a lot more done working together than alone, often increasing their profits. We are able to do this despite by working mostly out of our home offices and are spread apart – your area of residence is usually not a problem.
